located at the 2nd Floor of the New Rural Bank of Binalbagan,
National Highway, Binalbagan, Negros Occidental, Philippines. It is
63 kilometers south of Bacolod City, the capital of the province of
Negros Occidental. NILC offers several different disciplines, all
related to a computer-based field, that afford the opportunity for
anyone to learn computers with the reward of certificates and other
diplomas upon graduating.
