NorthPoint International Learning Center, the first in call center
education in Southern Negros. This young learning institution has been
founded to address the manpower and training issues in the call center
industry. As the call center industry emerges in the Philippines, Negros
Occidental, in particular, has been the benefactor of the recent surge in
demand for call center agents following the openings of several call
centers in Bacolod City. Business process outsourcing is regarded as one of
the fastest growing industries in the world. The reason of our existence is
to mine the talent pool in the southern part of Negros Occidental, to
provide training courses designed to improve students' English proficiency.
Our goal is to become the leading provider of talents and competent
professionals to the call center and related industry.
We are conveniently located at the 2nd Floor of the New Rural Bank of
Binalbagan, National Highway, Binalbagan, Negros Occidental, Philippines.
It is 63 kilometers south of Bacolod City, the capital of the province of
Negros Occidental. The town is better known as the center of sugar
production in the Philippines considering the presence of
Binalbagan-Isabela Sugar Company (BISCOM) one of the biggest sugar centrals
of the world.
